Beautybox.ge, “we”, supplier or / and performer – Ltd. “Beautybox”, ID code: 405237854 and its website: beautybox.ge;
The consumer / the customer / you – person using the services of the website: beautybox.ge, including the person registered on the website: beautybox.ge, who wishes to receive the product / service defined by the present agreement; also any guest entered the mentioned website.
The service - The digital services and product available by beautybox.ge mobile application or / and their particular functions on the website: beautybox.ge or on its subdomain layer websites.
The product – “box”, also different types of cosmetic and hygienic means and other similar products or action offers regarding of them (sales card, etc.), also any types of services / service delivery term (voucher, offer, sales card and other similar items) offered by us.
The box – the box having a special design created by “Beautybox”, which includes the products designed for the women;
United account – The account created during the customer registration process on the website of beautybox.ge
Billing policy – In case of annual and gift box, the customer`s card will be billed by whole amount at a time, and in case of monthly box orders the billing amount process will commence from 27-th day of current month and continue up to 5-th day of the following month.
The order – The product`s order / purchase by the customer on the website: beautybox.ge
Partner company – The manufacturer of products included in the box or / and supplier legal entity.

Ltd. “Beautybox” via the website: beautybox.ge performs the purchase of boxes packaged with products manufactured / delivered / exchanged by barter / purchased or otherwise acquired from the partner companies and their delivery on the destination places to satisfy its customers` public offers; In order to purchase the box, the customer is obliged to register on the website: beautybox.ge and with own expense make the order from his / her united account. The customer will receive the ordered box during of 7 working days term since the transaction process on his / her first order. The part of those customers who has registered in the previous month and according to the billing policy who were billed with amount of following month`s box, they will receive the ordered boxes from 1-st to 15-th days period of the following month on the addresses indicated on their united accounts.
- Each box will include 5-7 beauty items - makeup, skin care, hair or self-care products with different sizing. Beauty Box will always include mini-magazine, featuring product reviews, shortcuts and sale coupons.
- Customers can request a refund before receiving the box at their address. Customers have to send request to support team from authorized email - info@beautybox.ge
1. General rules and scope of activity
The usage rules constitutes an agreement having a legal force between the consumer / purchaser of products / services and supplier of products / services. You declare, that you are at least 18 years old or you enter the mentioned website in parent`s or lawful guardian`s attendance by maintaining those rules, which are stipulated under Georgian or other country`s legislation. The fact of our website services` usage by you, without any reasons and automatically will restrict you with usage rules scope of activity, which implies, that you are introduced with rules and conditions defined by usage rules and you completely agree with them.
2. Registration and cancellation of united account
During the usage of our services, with your wish or our demand is possible to register an united account of beautybox.ge, you are responsible to maintain the confidentiality regarding your account`s password, its identifiers and all the activities performed with account. The customer is entitled to cancel the monthly subscription until 25-th day of each month (until the billing system will start billing for the boxes of following month). In case if the customer will cancel the subscription from 25-th day of the month until the end of the month, he / she will be billed with the box amount for the following month, will receive the box of the next month and the cancellation will enter into the force from the next month.
3. Restriction of access
We reserve the right to cancel your united account of beautybox.ge or otherwise fully or partially restrict your access on our products / services if you completely and properly won`t fulfill the terms and conditions defined by the foregoing usage rules. You issue your consent, that we won`t be responsible for the damage (loss) dealt to you or any of the third persons as a result of realization the above mentioned rights by us.
4. Content created by the customer
Maybe, services and their particular components will give the possibility to the customer to publish the content or communicate with other customers. Such content could be in different forms – a text, graphical, audio, video or any other forms (further referred as “the customer`s content”). During the service usage by creating the customer`s content, you represent and warrant, that won`t publish such content, which:
a) Violates or limits the copyrights, patents, product marks, service marks, commercial secrecy or any person`s proprietary right;
b) Includes slander, threat, discretization, rude, abusive, pornographic or might cause the civil or criminal law responsibility according to Georgian or international law; or

We don`t warrant on customer`s content`s or its part`s authenticity, preciseness, reasonability, reliability or completeness. The customer`s content is formed for strictly non-commercial personal usage. Without our preliminary consent, it`s impermissible customer`s content to imply advertisement of any other commercial or non-commercial subject. By creating the customer`s content you fully or partially assign beautybox.ge on this content and its forming parts with global, irrevocable, permanent, free of charge, non-exclusive license subject to sub-license to show, distribute, reproduce, assign, publish, perform, fulfil, translate, alter, adapt, delete, modify, transform the content and right to create derivative work.
